What is there to do in this City of West Palm? It is so cool since it is in the center of the city and next to Palm Beach. It has awesome views along the Intracoastal, amazing restaurants all over and sightseeing at parks, Marina, Flagler Drive, museums, science center, trampoline places such as Urban Air and the Palm Beach Outlets.

Often, we have teams of students who are out of the area, or taking multiple classes, and they want to know where to relax, sight see, go to a nice restaurant or brewery and tour the city. Here is a short list we can provide for them.

Coolest Breweries: We like Royal Palm Beach Brewery, Copperpoint, Dixi Grill and Brewery & Civil Society Brewing.

Top Bars and waterfront restaurants:

Be sure to check them all out on Atlantic Avenue. Bradley's and Elizabetta’s is a must in WPB. We love El Camino, Grease Burger Bar, Roccos Tacos, Deck 84 and Park Tavern as great bars and restaurants. Great outdoor on the waterway at Two Georges, Bennys's on the Beach and Key Lime House. Get an empanada from Havana Cuban Cafe on Forest Hill Blvd. There are also tons of restaurants on Clematis Street and and City Place. Another awesome indoor and outdoor restaurants and shops is Grandview Market. 12 places are in there to dine and grab treats and drinks or beers and also a few cool shops. Huge outdoor space to eat and relax and take in the city vibe that is nearby.
Other cities nearby and cool things to do? Nearby is Wellington, Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens. In Wellington, it is a suburban feel and lots of room for houses and horses. Cool polo clubs and a huge Wellington Mall. In Royal Palm Beach, lots of lakes and homes on canals with nice views. Palm Beach Gardens has the Downtown at the Gardens with lots of shops and restaurants and entertainment. It also has Waterway Cafe where you can chill and eat and drink and watch the boats go by.

If you love horses, be sure to drive west to Wellington. To walk around, of course visit Clematis Street and City Place. Pretend to be rich and drive or walk around Palm Beach and Worth Avenue for amazing shopping. Also get some ice cream from Sloans and take a stroll down Flagler or walk on the docks. You also have to take a visit to Palm Beach and check out where Trump lives at Mar a Lago. Great snorkeling is also all around Peanut Island and the Blue Heron Bridge. https://www.thepalmbeaches.com/blogs/10-things-do-west-palm-beach
